Working on stainless steel pipes with diameters from 4mm to 40mm – thickness from 0.4mm

F.D.E. SOLAR works on stainless steel pipes with a diameter from 4 to 40 mm with a thickness from 0,4 mm.

The processes, which our customers can request by sending a drawing, can include simple cutting, cutting at certain degrees, drilling, bending to the realization of jet breakers, probes and probe holders.

We also manufacture fittings with stainless steel tube and plastic insert for boilers, heat pumps and water heaters.

The department is composed of 3 automatic punching machines, operating on two shifts, with a production capacity of up to 10,000 tubes on each shift.

The high automation of the punching machines, combined with the customization of the folding and shaping machinery installed internally, guarantees enhanced production capacity combined with the customization of the tubes that can be supplied to the customer.
